Well, I clearly didn't need to remind myself anything because I am fantabulous. Ignore that that isn't a word. Hmm, I did quite well with them I think I specifically began and ended strong, like boxes of chocolates. I always fail that staying positive thing, so, yay, that one I failed, mainly because I am too lazy to find another one, and it is always a fallback one to go to.
MimicHeroes
Introduction: They say life is like a box of chocolates. I say Web Design is like a box of chocolates as well, you never know what you are gonna get in the end. In this class, Web Design, the theme was superhero related, which still I find restricting, should’ve had the option of supervillian, antihero, antivillian. Mainly because that would be more open to interpretation of what we could have done. Anyway, it required me to code, that is it, maybe some drawing but that is easy. While clearly reflecting on my overall learning experience in this class, I will outline blah blah blah insert actual requirements Page 1: Index Now the obvious purpose of my site is to put in it a incinerator so it can never see the daylight again skeleton and all, oh wait, it is the skeleton, but in all seriousness, the purpose of my site is to show off my nonexistent power, I mean, clearly to show my 100% real power. You may wonder how did I choose the theme. Well, it is fairly easy, I didn’t, the teacher chose superheroes, it would be more accurate to say I chose the subtheme of mimicry. Which, I mainly chose because that is something that is actually interesting and not heard of everyday, also because it was really to do pictures of. The reason I chose this layour design is because that is pretty much all we learned, also because it looked nice. My color choices were purple, lavender if you want specifics, and yellow. Fairly easy reasons why, they are both complimentary, so they already look good together, also I just like the color purple. The logo I ust made myself, no real story behind it, just a bunch of my favorite superheroes, mashed togehter and blanked out. Page 2: Mimicry So, my favorite photo edit was kind of an easy pick here, it was the nav icons, specifically the one on this page. I mainly liked it because it took inspiration for one of my favorite heroes, Rorschachc so, kind of cheating I guess. There was no real hard one, but I guess the latest one, meaning the one with filters and all that. It wasn’t hard, I just lost track of where we were for like a solid five minutes and spent those five minutes panicking and trying to find the one we are on. I guess you can’t just talk about photoshop without photography, so, I will say it now, I absoulutely abhored photography. Never liked it, no real reason, I just never liked taking pictures of anything. Oh, yeah, this page was about my powers of mimicry, which is being able to copy anything I want, pretty cheaty superpower. Page 3: Iron Will I feel like I am cheating with this one, but all it says is favorite code, nothing else, so, evil me here thought,”why not choose the imagemap code,” here we are. Anyway, the reason I like that one, for some unexplained reason, is the fact that we didn’t have to personally type it in ourselves. We just copy and paste and bam, there we go. Should probably actually mention something useful about this page. Well, this page is about my brother, Brandon Ginzel, and yes tha last names are differnet, technically step, but who cares really. Mainly about his amazing iron will through life, and all that. If you want to know, well, should have read it instead of looking at the pretty colors. Page 4: Credits Now, for the credits. Everyone loves credits because that means they are done, well, half way true in this. Still got more stuff in this. Also, to be honest, probably has a bit more content then the others, but those are just minor details. Now, which resource out of everything I chose would be the most useful, simple, Notepad++. I mean, without this around, we wouldn’t be able to code, so, it is pretty important. Like, it is the life blood of this entire thing, without it, we would have Weebly, oh, just got chills. NETS Next we got this, NETS, thing. Anyway, it is pretty much standards for what we are supposed to take away from this class, and I don’t think the computer is an option. Now, all of them are quite boring, I mean, fantastic. Anyway, the one I would begrudgingly have to choose for myself would be Computational Thinker, feels like I am about to go on a learning adventure. Moving on, I clearly mastered that one because it helped my website a lot. Specfically with the fact that I solved most of my problems with the coding aspect, I am one of those people who kind of refuse to give ground, and here it shown. Specifically with me searching for answers and coming up with reasonable reasons of why it didn’t work. Conclusion So, what did I enjoy in this entire process of web design. Well, the coding, I don’t know, but it felt good to type code and actually see it work. Now, my strengthes are a many, but my specific one would have to be my drawing abilities, since I drew the logo and nav buttons, and they came out quite amazing. I don’t know what my weaknesses would be, maybe the fact I didn’t like to ask feedback of what my site was like, or see how I was doing, just trying to lone wolf it. This class is differnet because it is more engaged. If you just gave me a textbook and said, do it, I probably would, but it would be completely boring. So, that would mean no one would want to take interest in it, which is kind of a bad. Is that imporant to me, probably, makes me more enagaged for sure, which means better output, and better quality of work, so, good news there. So, yeah, me being engaged is important, because I am one of those people who get bored easily, so keeping me engaged is important. The experience of this will probably be helpful for quite a few tech jobs, you usually want some knowledge before going. Because going in blind is never fun and all that. How has this class added meaning to my life? Well, you are giving yourself too much credit, It didn’t impact it that much, but it was nice. What lessons did we learn this week? Mention them! Which lesson did you enjoy the most this time? Why? Brainstorm how you might use it on your themed website and tell me about your thought process! What is cross processing? What does applying a vignette do? We have learned many a lesson this week, by that I mean, we learned some Photoshop. Like all the guided editing with the lomo effect, and the style match, and fixing blemishes, did I mention the clone stamp? You know what, there was just a bunch of stuff clearly, so, yeah. The one I personally enjoyed the most was the first one, with the lomo effect, mainly because I can click on a button a million times and it would be probably fine, I also just like saturation and vignette. How might I use this on my website, well dear Clarice, it is quite simple, I would use it on my photos, nyahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaaaaa.... Cross processing is a most difficult and extreme thing that only the MLG pro masters of Photoshop can do, cross processing is saturation. Pretty hard stuff. A vignette is the second hardest thing, I have only ever seen the Computer Masters of New accomplish this extremely difficult task, it darkens the borders, truly outstanding. Ben doesn't count, since he wasn't here, so, he failed. What have I gained from taking this class, instead of a more traditional class? Well, first and fore most it actually sparks interest. I mean, when you think about it, what classes do you actually remember? The ones that passed out papers with directions, or the one that was different, you tell me. So, because of the spark of interest, it actually makes you get involved, so then you try harder, and you see the cycle here, yes? Anyway, that is what I have gained from taking this class instead of a more traditional one.

The most important part about readability is, you know, being able to read it. Also actually putting the html codes in so you actually have something to read. Font may be important, not sure though. I am really bad at getting straight to the point, I like to go on a journey.
