Title: 4 Ways to Truly Forgive and Forget Auther: Patty Onderko Well, this is one of those forgive and forget articles, nice little reminders and stuff. So, the first point is one I have plenty of experience with, considering my usually pacifistic views. The second point I also have experience with, since I usually forgive most everyone for a fault or something. Since the past is the past, as long as extremes weren't taken, than it good. The third one, I haven't done as much, well, I still do it. Though there is the fact that some people I'd rather not do that for. I don't look for meaning in every little offense. If I did that, I feel like I would go insane. There is one person that I am kind of refusing to forgive, no, that isn't right. It is more like, I have forgiven them, but I don't want to deal with them anymore, or talk to. It is a point that I refuse to clarify on, and I won't mention names, but, yeah. Signing off

Title: Do you have Adaptability Author: Tony Alessandra Oh boy, this one actually seems to be interesting to me. So, what makes us adapatable. Well, one of them is flexibilty. Which is always good to have, they broke it down into five categories and, I got at least three of them. The ones I got was the tolerance, empathy, and respect for others. The other two are more iffy for me, since I am not normally positive or super confident in things. Anyway, moving onwards to the next one, versataility, which is not the best for me. I can maybe hit three on this, those being vision, resilence and competence, but the rest, I am not good with personally. I know that for sure. Being attentive and self correcting is not the best for me really... So, yeah, I am about a 50-60% flexible, not physically, but mentally? I guess. I figured that from the way I generally react to things. Article: https://www.huffpost.com/entry/stepping-outside-your-comfort-zone_n_5872638
Title: 6 Reasons To Step Outside Your Comfort Zone Author: Carolyn Gregoire So, I get to write more blogs. I am just shaking with joy. Anyway, the first one I like to point to is the, "Trying new things can make you more creative." I find this a little, I don't know what to say, but I find that a little too optimistic. I don't see it making you more creative, experienced, sure. Creative? No. Next one, "Embracing new challenges can help you age better." By the point I am gonna worry about my age in that sense, I will be alright in where I am, also, I don't care to have a large social base. Just way too much to effort to keep track of. Moving forward, "Challenging yourself can help you perform at your peak." This one, is mostly true, if you try to push yourself harder, you can get better, but there is many cases where that is not true, and challenging yourself has backfired. Finally, the last one, I personally agree with is, "But don't push yourself too hard." I am like this way, the problem is I do it too well. I can chill out so hard, I be unaware of much of anything. Kind of makes it harder to do things, but it works. For now. |
